AZ's gecko was very cute.........all we get in the shower is "hair that runs". Freaks my daughter out!!!!

It has been since July 11th I have fought to get test results and referrals in place so my Most Honorable #2 Son can see a hematologist at a university hospital in my state. Today I was told they hope to have it all set up tomorrow. Really. Really.

Better late than never?

It was a really shitty day. I could go into detail, but then I'd be here for an hour ranting and I'm not going to waste your good time.

So glad to hear it. Navigating the medical industry is enough to enrage even the most placid soul, especially, I imagine, when you're a mom and it's your baby you're trying to help. Keeping my fingers crossed on all counts for MHS2 and your family.

Went out to a place called "Wildlife Prairie State Park" yesterday to do my walking. Got in about a mile but it was threatening rain so I stopped briefly at their gift shop. Sure enough, I came out and felt a drip or two, so got in my car and started home (about 25-30 miles). Then, the floodgates opened. Traffic on the Interstate was down to 40 - 45 mph. Got to Morton, it let up a bit and I thought I was going to get into the house without getting too wet. Ha! Just as I opened the door the clouds let loose again. :(
