Just thinking about my wife and I yesterday afternoon going for a walk and doing a little looking at an oramental concrete store west of Peoria. Didn't buy anything, but the weather was perfect and the walk was refreshing. :)

Went on a river cruise on the Spirit of Peoria (a paddle wheeler). A grandson was working on the boat this summer and so we got some terrific VIP treatment. Met the Captain; got a tour of the bridge and even a brief turn at the wheel. Loads of fun!
