Bummer, m'lord. Hope you're feeling better now. I'm extremely prone to heat exhaustion. Beyond rehydrating, you know what helps me feel better? Olives. Straight from the jar. I have no idea why, but it works like a charm. I don't know if it's the salt or what.

A double shot of weak cordial every 5 minutes (don't pour gallons down your neck at once), lying in a cool bath with a washer on your head, according to the net.

Get the weatherman to provide temps in the 70s with light rain at least once a week. :boink:

In high school after I would cheer, I would go to the store a get a jar of olives. Works for me too.
