I confess I've been a lazy slug for the four day weekend and I think I've finally caught up on my sleep deprivation.

i confess i have had a lot of positive feedback in the last few days...

on tuesday a co-worker rather unexpectedly gave me a hug
on wednesday someone said "i'm really pleased to see you " and later said "your just a very nice person"
later wednesday i talked to someone who was feeling down and decided to get them some chocolate to cheer them up... and they had alittle tear in their eye before givein g me a lovely hug
