The Good News is that clear skies are forecast for today.

The bad news is that it's still cold. :(

The good news ... I guess ... is that there's only 3 more days left in this year.

The good news is that we're facing mainly a lot of wind and cooler weather making it feel cold ... but ... no precipitation for a while.

The bad news is, that's still liable to cause a lot of suffering.
