The good news is that tomorrow we're heading over to Indianapolis to spend a few days with our daughter and her family. Big reason, her two daughters are going to be in a dance recital on Saturday. Looking forward to the trip.

The Bad News is the summertime heat and humidity.

The good news is that public swimming pools are generally open.

The bad news is, that's where the lightning often strikes from the summer thunderstorms.

The good news is that most pools close or bring people out of the water and into whatever facilities are available when lightning first happens.

The Bad News is that the overnight storms did not break the heat forecast for today.

The good news here is that our temps have cooled somewhat, and, while the humidity is still high ... it seems to have eased a little bit yesterday and today even though we got more rain yesterday. :)

The bad news is that I've got a lot of outside work to get done around the yard ... but it seems like there's little time available to work on it. :(
