i confess i hate IWM to be feeling blue. I know this particular blue feeling (and a few you have to come!!) and although words mean little at these times, i can assure you it all gets better and can even improve things in the end.

I confess sometimes I am too introspective.

I confess, I've planned all my meals for tomorrow already. Now I just need to remember to take lunch with me to the office.

I confess I don't do well with planning on this program, but my increased activity is helping to compensate.

Smoked salmon//cream cheese/toast breakfast
Macdonalds Chicken Dehli sadwich lunch
Smoked Salmon salad dinner when i visited the in-laws tonight

Pleased i decided not to have salmon at lunch too!
