Trying to log into my photobucket account and finding out that my account has been cancelled for "violating their terms of service". I guess I put too many dirty pictures in there... I feel like such a badass!

A male carer telling a male resident (at my old folks home) to keep his hands to himself...

...It's bad enough when he goes for a grope of the girls, but when he goes for that guy's cock I can't help but grin.

PantyFanatic 03-18-2007 09:16 PM

Hearing that Lil is going camping. :D

Getting to eat a delicious Ruben on marble rye, hand battered onion rings, and a cherry coke for dinner. :) :) :) :)

osuche 03-18-2007 10:03 PM

Cutting up some cheese and crackers to tide Mr Osuche over until dinner and his obvious delight.....

well, at lest I thought it was delight until he called me a cracker.

He thought it was a term of endearment until I explained the meaning to him. :D

I should have married someone who uses English as their first language!

IowaMan 03-19-2007 07:20 PM

The thought of a night of passion nearly 20 years ago that involved a bottle of cheap wine, a sleeping bag spread out under a starry sky, a girl I was absolutely crazy about and a bag of Strawberry Twizzlers.

Oh and osuche, I've been called a shithead before because it was a "term of endearment" and yep, English was her primary language. :p

sodaklostsoul 03-19-2007 10:10 PM

The wonderful peeps and Pixies. :)

Neige 03-19-2007 11:12 PM

Almost falling flat on my shoulder after launching myself sideways at the revolving door to open it, only to have someone push on it from the other side.

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - California utility Pacific Gas & Electric Co. will install a solar energy system at the San Francisco Giants' AT&T Park, believed to be the first solar power plant at a major league baseball park.

The utility, a unit of San Francisco-based PG&E Corp., will place 590 solar panels at the park to produce 123 kilowatts of electricity, enough energy to light up a new scoreboard or power about 25 homes, PG&E said on Tuesday.

1 scoreboard = 25 homes?

An attractive woman sitting across from me on the subway today when coming to work. She was like a model, very tall, strikingly handsome instead of cute, dressed in all black except for her brown leather boots. She resembled the singer Amel Larrieux with darker skin.

IowaMan 03-22-2007 03:05 PM

Seeing that Lilith is back.

Getting some cuddle time in with Mr Osuche

Loulabelle 03-23-2007 03:14 AM

An e-mail from someone I love very much described me as:

"You're a beautiful, strong, capable, sophisticated, intelligent woman, who combines the ability to do well in anything you do - professionally, domestically or emotionally, with a warmth and compassion and ability to make those around you feel very special and loved."

as she knew I was feeling overworked and under-appreciated.

IowaMan 03-23-2007 10:31 AM

Got an email from an old friend who used to work for me letting me know how much she missed me. She went on to let me know how much she respected the job I had done back when I was her boss because she is in a similar management position now. Her quote to me was, "How in the hell did you keep a smile on your face and keep your cool for all those years when dealing with all of these bullshit issues and the pressure? Things always ran so smoothly when you were in charge."

I'm sure she was just blowing a bit of smoke up my ass so she can maybe have a place to stay when she's back in Iowa in a couple of weeks but it sure felt nice to get at least a nod of thanks from her.

jseal 03-24-2007 09:00 AM

The gentle way Mr Osuche took care of me and my hangover

ReaperWoman 03-24-2007 04:45 PM

Chatting away to the residents at the care home today, and spending a while explaining to one with quite advanced demensia why she was here, where "here" was, who runs it and that we love having her there.
It's better than the days where I have to explain to her that her parents died a long time ago.
