Getting a call from an old friend.........

Last might I was over at my sister's house. I had dropped off there Christmas presents before I left on my trip. Last night my 9 year old niece gave me a hockey stick and explained it was so that we could play hockey together. That made me smile.

Looking at the trailer for the über-spoof movie, "Epic Movie." coming out later this month. A lot of event flicks from the past year or two are getting skewered in this. Even though they're usually more stupid funny than smart funny and January is a traditional seasonal dumping ground for low-sell flicks, I love spoof movies and I'm gonna peep this one.

I giggled over that ^^^ last night myself. I'm sure it's not going to be competing for any Oscars, but I think it's going to be one of those movies that you can't help watching, no matter how much you hate yourself later. :D

He loves to run, and he gets off of anything you can think of to restrain him.

1 inch nylon rope, woven wire mesh rope, 1/2 inch chain, air craft carrier anchor chain. You name it he gets off of it, and then he runs for 4 to 6 hours, and will not come home no matter what. He loves police cars, and jumps right in when the dog officer comes by. He got loose the day after Christmas for the umteenth time.

He was gone for a day and a half, and then would not come into the house for another day.

He is about 7 years old.

And if you own a million acres, you are welcome to him.

Or if you own either Oregon or Wyoming.

I think that South Dakota may be too small, but it might be worth a try.
