I confess I just ate the pot roast *I* cooked today--how funny is that?

I confess I had leftover pot roast 2x today... it's one of my absolute favorite comfort foods... combined with mashed potatoes and baby carrots (cooked in the crock pot - carrots only... not the potatoes).

I confess, this has been a good day.

I also confess that my wife and I went to see "Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were Rabbit" and it was delightful. I love these claymations!
