I apparently have nothing better to do than make sure the shelf liner inside the cabinets matches the hunter green of the ivy in the wallpaper of the new kitchen.

That darn dog of mine again. He was outside a few minutes ago sniffing around acting as if he was going to hunt something. Well, there was a beautiful mallard out back with him that he didn't notice standing over by the lilac bush minding his own business. Sarge sees him and pounces over to him apparently to try and scare him away. Sarge doesn't bark often so he tries to get by on his intimidating looks I guess. :D

Anyway, Sarge stops about two yards away from the duck and is in a position as if he were going to pounce on the thing. The mallard quacked at him and Sarge high tailed it back to the back door in no time flat scared as hell. :roflmao:

You probably had to be here to get how funny it was but damn that dog makes me chuckle at least once a day.

Just a little bit ago my neighbor from across the street, a wonderful little 90 year old lady, came over with a plate of Christmas cookies for me. I asked her to come in and join me for coffee but she said she had to get back to baking. She then put her hand on my shoulder and pulled my face down to her level and gave me a kiss on the cheek. She said, "There's a special one in there for little Sarge too. Now you take care of yourself honey." Then she went back across to the street to her place.

There won't be any wiping the smile off my face today after that. :D

PantyFanatic 12-16-2006 12:05 PM

..... but did she tell you which one was made of dog food?
