Mr Osuche getting dinner for me, and loving me despite my many (metaphorical) warts

Last night was having heat in the car again..........................today, nothing yet, it's too early.

Taking the 5 grandkids ages 5-11 out in the woods to cut down a Christmas tree and listening to them discuss the merits of evey tree there!!

Being with my best friend and his whole family for their early Christmas celebration. Watching all of the kids, 7 in all (ages 4 thru 14), open their presents was great. I'm absolutely beat from being Uncle IowaMan all day long and having the little ones jump all over me but I can't think of a better way to have spent my day. :D

Having Ryan over just cause I missed the little bugger!!

Tell Mr. Lil "fuck you" without blinking an eye. I don't usually do that.

Winning the kitty cat shaped crop for a door prize. :D

Going out for drinks after our last class and discussing the meaning of life for hours on end.

Going out to see my best friend at his parent's place this morning before he headed back home and having four little kids stop playing the PS2 and come running up to me telling me that they love me as soon as they heard me come in the door.

Seeing that my boss went shopping over the weekend

Someone drew knocked-out teeth holes in the smile of this pretty woman's face in the ad on the side of a city bus. It made me laugh out loud. It's juvenile, but I love it when people do that to ads, especially on the large, celebrity-driven ones.

Also broke out a big smile when I read a PM which included a bunch of brain teasers that I had absolutely no chance of solving while I'm still half looped from being sedated earlier this afternoon. Not a chance I even came close with any of my answers I'm sure. Oh well, at least I got to come home and try to answer them. :nana: :nana: :nana:

Sheeit. My night began at lunch earlier today and it's fragmenting further through basic entropy. I think I'm gonna get fucked up tonight.

The look my dog gave me a little bit ago when I took him outside. The other night I let him out and he decided to chase a rabbit so I had to go chasing after him in just my pj bottoms. A little bit ago while we were out the big bunny came out from behind the garage and was staring at Sarge, sort of daring him to come after him. Sarge saw him and took a couple of quick pounces in his direction and then just stopped. He turned around, looked at me and then sort of hung his head and came walking back to me without me even having to say a word.

This has been a pretty good day. I received a Christmas card from an old flame whom I haven't seen in about 16 years. She included an old pic of the two of us together and one of her and her two beautiful daughters. :)
