Wondering why it is that I feel the need to have the house absolutely spotless before I leave on a three week vacation. :shrug:

Because it feels good comming home to a clean house and it's less depressing. :D

Trying to recall what it was like to be a manager at a customer service call center on a Monday before I try to call and get a problem fixed. The 5 min. wait time their VRU gave me before was a tad bit off, I sat here for 35 min. before giving up.
