yes I have had my own but never was able to keep them going as they often grew larger than I could manage alone and I have no interest in managing employees

When I was younger, we sometimes "snuck a beer in" but not for a long time. Don't really drink that much any more.

Yes, definitely (if it was between friends - less likely to intervene if a street fight looked dangerous ~ I'd call the cops then).
