Glad about the job offer...and thinking that I should get started on my Financial Management final that's due tomorrow

I'm thinking that it's such a beautiful day here that I wish I could just snap my fingers and have my contractor here ripping out my old windows and putting in the new ones. Snap my fingers again and they'd be finished with the new siding.

Then first thing in the morning my ass would be on the road to spend a couple of months in California.

Oh well........ it's a nice thought anyway.

Hoping the used computer I bought today won't turn out to be a waste of money. If nothing else I can say that I am now at least into this century technology-wise. I'm only up to XP now but at least I'm up from a 166 MHz to a 933 MHz processor. Way to go IowaMan, it's about freaking time. :nana:

I am such a damn tightwad. But I did manage to buy the thing without blowing most of what I'd saved for my vacation fund. :p

Just thinking about the first car I ever bought. It was a 1984 Chevy Camaro Z28. Charcoal Metallic paint and a 5.0 Liter engine with a 5 speed. Oh man, that baby would just scream when you stomped on the gas!

I've got one friend who had a doctor's appt. today and I'm pretty concerned about and another friend who isn't having a very good day and I just wish I could make things better for her. Not sure how I could manage it though. :(

And then I'm thinking of Soda and hoping things work out for her and that musicman lands a job from one of his leads............... lots of stuff on my mind today.

3. hubby is home sick and i had to cancel and interview.
4. a good friends grandmother is sick and all i can do it text her good wishes.

I think I'm going to skip my doctor's appointment today. Just don't have it in me right now and I'm not feeling any different now than I was the last time I was there. I'm just sick and tired of always going to the doctor.

Going to watch our youngest dance tonight.

Im skipping one class and probably skipping the second. Havent skipped this whole semister so far.

The fact that my OH lost his job yesterday and won't be moving anytime soon and he's now avoiding me. Relationships can sometimes suck :(. Also the fact I had a pretty horrid Drs appointment yesterday. Life can sometimes suck as much as relationships...

Skipping appointments and how much I have a few I'd like to skip, too.
