Went to the grocery store looking for ingredients for crockpot barbecue. Pork loin, $6.49/lb, on sale, BOGO.

Yum. I do a Dr. Pepper BBQ with pork loin.

I bought the most awesome piece of wood for a fish tank today....now I just gotta work out which one to put it in lol

Gee, PF. Now that you mention it ... I've been pruning limbs out of my trees, some pretty good size ones of interesting shapes ... maybe she'd like a few hundred ... she could make the little fish a log cabin. :shrug:

I miss Wyndhy too.... and many others.

After being out of the gym for a few years, I started going again back in July. I was at 222 which is almost the heaviest I've ever been (heaviest being 225). I'm back down to 215 and have seen quite a bit of progress towards my strength output. I'm working towards 200 lbs.

As a matter-of-fact, it has been in the mornings the last several days with one dipping down to 31F. First real freeze of the season although we hit 33F the night before. :shrug:

I'm not ready for this. :(

It's been one looooong day...........................

I had a candy apple today and it was awesome.

As long as you don't over do it, I know plenty of people who have the occasional sweet with minimal side effects.

Seems like a lot of good science could be done to make the foods that really taste good (Hot fudge sundae's for example) healthful and doctors would encourage us to have one daily if we wanted to loose weight and improve our health. :D

Anyway, looks like I'm going to have to do leaves again this week. It is beginning to look like all the trees are thinning out pretty nicely so maybe this will be the last time. :wish:

Well I had a major bummer today. I had to go through open enrollment for my health insurance through work because my current plan had been dropped "to make it easier". Now my premiums are tripled for no reason other than the cheap plan sucks.
