I'm reading/telling them Anansi tales, so I want to talk about the Ashanti peeps so naturally I have to feed them yummy African food. Cause in my family if you love peeps you feed them.

(it's fritters made from deskinned ground up black eyed peas. They taste sort of like hushpuppies)
