We've had "discussions" before. Fortunately, two of my three bosses appreciate that I'll give them an honest opinion and stick up for it. Of course, I was arguing with one a few weeks ago. He told me that if I could logically justify my opinion, he'd accept it. I told him I couldn't logically do it--that's just the way I did it. He wanted to know a logical why. I blurted out the first thing that came to my head, "Because I'm a woman!"
