IKG- Those MAGGOTS are NOT the police and fire departments!!!!

They are boiler-room fund raiser operations that give next to nothing the organization they are suppose to be representing. I understand they even start a drive without contracts to be doing it for any particular group. Then they go to small departments and make what looks like a sizable donation. Normally less than 3% of what they took in.

NEVER NEVER give anything to them!!!!!!

They make it sound like they ARE your fire or police department. ALWAYS make them say that they are WITH the department. If they actually say they are, ask for their badge number and what precinct or stationhouse they are at.

Better yet ….. just hang up. You know where your safety departments are if you feel like you want to give them something.
