Pork chops, noodles, and salad.

Battered catfish with mustard cream sauce, sauteed spinach with jalapeno and tomato and onion and balsamic vinegar, and boiled redskin potatoes with butter and fresh dill

Leftovers...turkey pot pie. Was even better this time.

I had some pan-fried haddock!

Tonight I made small chunks of thin slices tenderloin steak in a mild cheddar sauce, wrapper in a stone ground whole wheat toasted crust. :bite:

You know which ones are really good PF? The Philly Steak & Cheese ones with a bit of A1 sauce on them. :slurp:

I went to Ruby Tuesdays and the waitress dropped an entire glass of sweet tea down my lap. :s

I'm headed to a tapas place called Cha Cha Cha in the City tonight...going with old friends. :)

I made a lasagna. Didn't turn out as well as I'd have liked but it wasn't too bad. I had two leftover cinnamon rolls from breakfast for dessert. :p

prolly chicken. i think i need to use it or loose it. may be i'll dust it with something fun like chips and parm cheese. roasted assorted veggies and brown rice

I'm serving lasagna, too. I have oodles of leftovers - brought some into work, but I have even more leftovers at home.....
