Tonihgt is the company Holiday party, so I will be having Middle Eastern food and lots and lots of wine

The Crock Pot is full of stuffed round steak that I'll probably have with either some sort of potato dish or rice.

Shrimp fried rice, egg rolls and some wine. :wine:

I had pork roast, baked potatoe and a salad and water.

I put a large roast in the Crock Pot this morning so that's cooking away and I believe I'll bake a potato and maybe fix some glazed carrots to have with it. May even open up a bottle of wine. :wine:

From my company holiday spread tonight, I had baked salmon, sauteed turkey slices, shrimp fettucine, potatoes in some sorta tangy sauce and broiled mushrooms.

Took a second helping to take home with me in containers. Will be my lunch tomorrow.

I made pork loin and thai peanut chicken, corn casserole (Thanks IowaMan), mashed potatoes, asparagus, spinach salad with avocado, and rolls. Lots of red wine, too

I cooked so much food no one made it to dessert :(

Bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast in about a half hour.
