I think I look pretty. I am going to an event and will see people I have not seen in 25 years, many of whom were very unkind to me as a young adult. Today will be a true test to see if forgiveness really sets you (the forgiver) free. *crosses fingers*

Scotz, I did get word on what they wanted. The offered me my old job back. Working my ass off for the same money I'm getting now playing video games.

I'm still learning (seeing as how I'm a youngun), but I do try.

Only somewhat, since I'm interested in possible going back for a team lead position (one step up) I had to be polite about it. If there was absolutely no chance of me going back I would have told them where to put it, how to do it, and offer to help.

Why would you go back when they're still going to make you work your ass off? Did their company culture change in the meantime?

Maybe he's just hoping to work the clothing off your ass, AZRH.

Money. It all boils down to money. The title is another thing. I have experience as a team lead but without the title all I can honestly claim is the training. If I went back to them as a team lead I would be making at least 2.00 more per hour, plus the experience in management would help for the next job. Currently with where I'm at, I'm just a temp.



GG, you do have an interesting idea. Working AZ's clothes off sounds like a really fun time.

I'm back from a week's study holiday!

During my music study holiday (just ended) the young tenor who was playing chef for the week made an awesome banana bread.
