Leftover sausage and pasta salad while I am in class :(

We went out and had pan-fried walleye, garlic mashed tatos, green salad, and a beer... very tasty!

I'll just make up some sandwiches to have in class tonight (I'm doing an 8 week welding course for morons I mean beginners).

As an opener before I go, I'll take a frozen sheet of puff pastry, cut it into a dozen long strips, wipe with olive oil and sprinkle rosemary on it. Bake in a convection oven at 220C for 15 minutes. A wipe of crushed garlic is optional.

Damn, now I'm hungry.

pearl rice, French beans & three-mushroom sauce over a chicken breast

Is that just a fancy way of saying cream of mushroom soup?

I think will do some lemon pepper rice, shrimp (cold for me and my sis, scampi for the hubbi), and maybe some broccoli and cheese.

I'm thinking about homemade fried chicken but that's best with potato salad and that takes more time than I've got tonight. Maybe we'll do that for tomorrow.
