Decided to go with the brats. The peppers and onions sweating down in the olive oil as I type. :p

Fried potatoes, pork chops and good old Iowa corn. :)

Homemade bacon bleu cheese hamburgers and fries (fries were made in the oven in a foil packet and seasoned with chopped onion and some seasoned salt).

Spaghetti Marinara, caesar salad, italian bread, red wine.

In about a half hour I will be picking up a large Taco Pizza. :slurp:

vanilla ice cream with m and ms added

pork tenderloin, asparagus and some roasted peppers with lots of garlic and pepper

Chicken BBQ with all the fixin's

I think I may make tacos.

I had lasagna and garlic bread.

Tonight we have friends coming over for what we call "flower pot cooking", basically dry frying small pieces of meat and chicken over a charcoal burner on a cast iron plate.

Sort of a dry fondue, you cook as you eat, it's always hot and cooked to how you want it.

Dipped in sauce once cooked.

Petite steak, American fries and fresh green beans.

Chinese food

I think I may just grill some burgers.
