Divide my age in half and subtract a few.

Why do we stop playing game like that. They can still be fun?

Steph 08-03-2004 09:44 AM

I guess we stop playing them and graduate to adult games.

What do you consider your worst habit?

campingboy 08-03-2004 09:50 AM

Leaving the dishs in the sink until the morning. Or taking 1/2 hr showers and draining the hot water tank.

Name three places that you would liek to visit but have not, in your city?

osuche 08-03-2004 10:16 AM

Museum of Natural History
Art Museum
Shadowbox Cabaret

You?

campingboy 08-03-2004 10:44 AM

ops. wrong thread. Once again I'm miss leading a lady.

But I will work with it.
If you were here and I was showing you around I would take you to some old buildings from the turn of the century - great designs.
I would also take you to some places in the french quarter - the old Hotel de vile,
I would also take you to this grave yard by the airport. Reading grave stones is interesting, and I enjoy watching the airplanes.

Name three things that make you feel sexy.

osuche 08-03-2004 01:00 PM

Word of encouragement from people who have actually seen me nude :p
Wearing *nothing* underneath my skirt
Sexy music with a good beat

You?

campingboy 08-03-2004 01:09 PM

I would agree, when someone notices that you are sexy.
Just shaved, and a hair cut.
Wearing something that I think I look good in.

You are easy to lead astray. That is twice that we have played this thread wrong. lol

Tell me something that you would like someone to teach you?

imaginewithme 08-03-2004 03:48 PM

How to be tough

And you?

campingboy 08-03-2004 09:21 PM

I would like to understand the world of Auto / RV sales.

imaginewithme 08-03-2004 09:39 PM

Not me........

Have you been overseas?

Pita 08-03-2004 10:12 PM

Nope

Have you taken a cruise?

imaginewithme 08-03-2004 10:14 PM

Have You?

boilergirl1 08-03-2004 10:21 PM

still on the big wish list

do you like the coast better than inland for weather?

Salacious 08-03-2004 10:26 PM

I'd like to find out.

Name three places you want to visit before you expire.

osuche 08-03-2004 10:42 PM

Thailand
Inland China -- where all the people are
Israel

You?

campingboy 08-03-2004 11:11 PM

Ok lady. Spanking for you. Once again, wrong thread. Now don't make this hard. Just lie down on the bed and lets get this over with.

But I want to get down to southern Argentina and Chili, China, where my Grandmother was born, An extended tour of the British Isles including many Soctish distilariey tours and sampling.

Do you watch a lot of TV?

osuche 08-03-2004 11:16 PM

No. About an hour per week, on average...I think.....and never when I am traveling (or only rarely when I am lonely)

Do you?

campingboy 08-03-2004 11:24 PM

I don't own a TV. I never have. At some point I thought why get one. I have lived this long without one. Although being able to watch the odd movie would be nice.

If I were to walk into your house, look around, what would I see?

osuche 08-03-2004 11:29 PM

LOL.... A living room of a remodeled 1902 home with wood floors and inlaid carpet...sponge painted walls...a gas fireplace, original leaded glass windows and bookcases...two big green comfy couches, a 20" TV that is *never* on, and an elliptical jogger for those odd times I don't make it to the gym. Disparate art on the walls including photos that my best friend took, stained glass, and impressionist reproductions.

You?

campingboy 08-03-2004 11:38 PM

lol - I live in a house that was built in 1906. Maple hard wood floors on the main floor, oak on the second and oak on the third. I have slowly ben renovating my house. I ragged the cathedral ceiling on the third floor, and stripped the oak trim on the main. My photo in 'Faces to names' was taken in my renovated front sitting room.

What would like like to do if anything to your house?

osuche 08-03-2004 11:41 PM

I need to get the external wood trim repainted, and to treat the porch and deck. I also would like to repaint one of the upstairs bedrooms that is a bright shade of green.....house was remodeled in the late 80's when bright colors were in.

Why did you choose your home?

Steph 08-04-2004 12:20 AM

Price, location, balcony, cozy

If you could only have one more meal, what would it be?

osuche 08-04-2004 12:38 AM

Geez! Difficult for the woman who LOVES food. But likely linguini arriabiata with sauteed calamari....and lots of red pepper

You?

campingboy 08-04-2004 12:47 AM

Smoked prok, with fresh picked corn on the cob, a salad, and lots of fresh fruit.

when was the last time you were relaxed for a couple of days?

Steph 08-04-2004 12:49 AM

This weekend & my time off last month, too.

You?

osuche 08-04-2004 12:55 AM

This weekend...although I had friends, family, and cleaning to catch up on (see thread in general chat :p )

When was the last time you made love in the rain?

campingboy 08-04-2004 12:55 AM

my life has ben low stress for about 5 years now. After social Work, manufacturing is just that, making something. But no one is going to die, or get hurt if we are a day or to late.

When was the last time you went on a date?

Steph 08-04-2004 01:27 AM

I guess around March or April?

When was the last time you had a rebound relationship?

osuche 08-04-2004 11:11 AM

LOL. While in a relationship or not in one? VERY different answers....

My last true rebound happened when I met my S/O...10 years ago in September

Do you enjoy sewing?

GingerV 08-04-2004 11:14 AM

Used to cross-stitch, but now it's just my travel project. Prefer making blankets. I wish I could learn to sew....quilting especially sounds fun. Though I refuse to believe anything I quilted would wind up with right angles at the corner.

When was the last time you slept an entire day away?

osuche 08-04-2004 11:16 AM

Oh, geez....I'm sure it's been about two years

When was the last time you took a chance on someone and it worked out well?

campingboy 08-04-2004 11:18 AM

just to sleep - last winter I stayed in bed and slept and read all day. But in the winter I love nesting in my bed. Lots of pillows, and blankets.

Tell me some comfort food for you?

osuche 08-04-2004 11:21 AM

pasta with spaghetti sauce...chinese food (some good Ma Po Tofu, for instance), and Thai Food

You?

campingboy 08-04-2004 11:29 AM

chilli and garlic toast
soup and a sandwich on a cold winters day
stuffed manicotti.

Three meals that are not great frist date foods?

osuche 08-04-2004 11:30 AM

Salad
Burritos (I learned this one recently...although not on a date)
Anything with loads of garlic or onions, which your date doesn't share (my motto? If you both eat it, it's fine)

Name some romantic places to go on a date?

campingboy 08-04-2004 11:44 AM

My side yard. I have a water pond, candles burning in globles and tin holders, the gazebo is lit by candles[I like candle light], and the chimnea is close by so after dinner we can sit by the fire.

I like packing a picnic - all italian - and going to a park that looks over the city - as much as on can on the prairies - and dinning. Italian crusty buns, butter ball cheese(a cheese ball with butter in the centre), olives, and artichoke hearts, wine.

On a train with the country side rolling by. The food has improved to close to the old railroad days.

Three interesting date ideas?

osuche 08-04-2004 11:48 AM

Hangliding. Always have wanted to do it.
Walking and talking by the riverside/ocean
Rollerblading -- fun and stress free

Things you don't like to do on a date?

campingboy 08-04-2004 11:55 AM

lol - we did it again.

I don't like going to the movies. I might as well be by myself. There is social foepaw about speaking during a movie. Going to a concert or bar. Again there is not much talking because it is too loud. Going to any company event.

do you enjoy window shopping? What do you like looking at?

osuche 08-04-2004 12:01 PM

Not really, unless you're talking about men. :D Otherwise, I am not a shopper. Maybe jewelry or books....

Hobbies?

campingboy 08-04-2004 12:15 PM

I have a few. Did you know that I really enjoy camping. Outdoors in general. I garden, and hope to grow some plants inside under lights this winter. I like designing and building /renovating. Reading. cooking.

and you?
