I had a Personal Pan Pizza (sausage), some breadsticks and a beer at the Dallas-Ft. Worth airport.

I finally get to cook my own dinner after three weeks. I've got some potatoes, carrots and onions out on the grill right now and a big slab of sirloin will be meeting the flames in just a little bit.

Crap, I just realized I forgot to buy any sweet corn. :(

Roasted veggies and scrambled eggs. I was going to make hamburger patties but someone, who shall remain nameless, forgot to put hamburger on his grocery list. :rolleyes:

I fixed chicken breasts, risotto with mushrooms, and steamed asparagus. We also had some white wine

Don't know about supper tonight but for breakfast/lunch right now I'm having shaved pork sand's and Shrek iced animal cookies.

I am going to grill some pork burgers.

Nothing like firing up the charcoal grill at sunset. :)

sandwiches.. ok hoagies as we were all too tired to do anything..

Beefstew and biscuits --one pan dinner--drop biscuit dough ontop of the beefstew in the pan and bake til the biscuits are done...yummy.

We had porterhouse steaks, bake potatoes and corn on the cob all done on the grill.
