Not entirely certain what my victim is going to be tonight but I'm thinking it's looking like turkey burgers and a variety of veggies that will be feeling the kiss of the flames from the grill.

And knowing me much of my body hair when I decide to play with the lighter fluid. :p

I'm not sure if it's pizza night or something else. Guess I'll know in just over an hour.

chicken fajitas

Shrimp Scampi over linguini with mixed vegetables.

It was pizza night.

A kielbasa, cabbage, and potatoes slow-cooker recipe that didn’t work out too well ... :(

Side salad with a raspberry vinegrette dressing, breaded chicken breast with mashed potatoes and green beens with a raspberry swirl cheesecake for dessert werved with a glass of champaign. Of course, it was a wedding reception dinner. :)

I'm undecided but I'm pretty sure whatever it is will come from the freezer. I've narrowed it down to a lasagna or kielbasa and pierogies.

Last night was a thai chicken curry with rice and asparagus, with meringue-topped applesauce for dessert. Don't know about tonight yet!

Either leftover lasagna from last night or I may fire up the grill and do some burgers.

Tonight is lobster bisque, bavette steak, lobster (and I am sure there is more but the chef hasn't told me). He is making a special dinner for his family - I am meeting his mother for the first time!!!!!!!!

Decided to fire up the grill again. Got the potatoes, carrots & onions all in their little foil home cooking away right now. The chicken will go on in a little bit.

pork chops on the grill and something else... just not sure what yet. I might try grilling some apples just to see how they come out.
