Upright or grand?

Level or down & up unload?

Neige 10-02-2010 03:52 AM

I'm driving across the province today in my car that is a standard that I nearly kill myself with stress over if I'm going to the next town. So yes I am stressed. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK

Oldfart 10-02-2010 05:05 AM

We'll be in Halifax on the 9th, flying out about 4.30pm.

Here in Cheticamp it's windy, which will stuff up out whalewatch.

dicksbro 10-02-2010 05:37 AM

Actually, OF, you can watch for whales anywhere ... oceans, lakes streams, bathtubs or even a glass of water. Of course the odds go down dramatically with many of those places, but you can watch for them if that's all you wanted to do and seeing one didn't matter too much. .

:)

Lord Snow 10-02-2010 10:11 AM

Or you can come back to the south and walk around Wal Mart. We have plenty of beached whales in human form running around. I know I know, that's not exactly kind, but when you see one of those little motorized things fail to move because of someone's weight........

The car sucks. I'm not driving across the province today. :banghead:

PantyFanatic 10-02-2010 10:53 AM

I believe everyone would agree your time not driving has been MUCH better spent today. :slurp:

Coaster 10-02-2010 11:04 AM

YESSSSSSSSSS.... I agree with PF.... your non driving time was MUCH better spent posting here Neige!!! :line:

Kind? Downright horrid thing to say actually.

You have no idea their circumstances. Not ALL fat people are that way because of what they eat!!!

Yeah i am obese and i find that comment fucking offensive!

Instead of commenting on other peoples problems, be thankful you dont have it!

Oldfart 10-03-2010 05:03 AM

We move from Cheticamp to Baddeck today, deeper into outback Canada.

Neige 10-03-2010 08:14 AM

I was there during hurricane Earl! Half the town had no power and there were waves going over the road!

Your not into Canada outback until you cross 66° 33′ 44″.

Fangtasia 10-06-2010 12:14 PM

Alex O'Loughlin is downright yummo!

My job is generally not too stressful. As of late though... I am stressed the fuck out.
It seems that everyone needs me to fix/do/move/repair something and it's all 'high priority'.
I have an event coming up Saturday that I would very much like to prepare some fun/outrageous attire and I am at a loss of ideas/time to make it happen.
I have a garage full of boxes that I need to go through. The problem is I don't want to because every box I open is a reminder that my marriage failed.
[/vent]
 :ranting: :frown:

PantyFanatic 10-06-2010 03:47 PM

Problem- Boxes reminder of failed marriage

Marriage = 2 people
Failed marriage = 2 people failed

Solution-
Only open her 1/2 of the boxes.
It was all her fault

Don't worry about it. Just get your pass port and dress like Red Green. See you in Halifax. :thumb:

Neige 10-07-2010 10:39 PM

I've had a broken fifth metatarsal for 7 weeks before I had it confirmed. Now it's not healing because I've been walking on it and exercising instead of resting it. :banghead:

dicksbro 10-13-2010 04:38 AM

My Rx would be to sit back, kick up your feet, set the keyboard on your lap and spend the next several days posting here at Pixies. :boink:

Flying back into Boston with the Mrs and PF, I saw some strangely profiled tanks near the airport.

Their shape is more that of an ancient Greek urn than a modern pressure vessel.

Any ideas what they may be, apart from olive oil jars?

Q. what's a Greek urn?

A. about 10 euros a day.

jay-t 10-13-2010 03:59 PM

I've seen them before and can't remember what kind of tank yard they were in .I'm thinking natural gas storage

PantyFanatic 10-13-2010 06:27 PM

That was my first possible suggestion also. I've tried looking them up a couple times since I am back but can't find any natural gas or liquid gas storage like that.

Lilith 10-13-2010 08:53 PM

They look like engorged breasts. I'm guessing MILK :D

Oldfart 10-13-2010 10:37 PM

I'll stick with olive oil.

We're in the Admiral's Club at LAX, airborne in about 2 hours.

PantyFanatic 10-14-2010 12:02 AM

Safe trip my friends. :thumb:

dicksbro 10-14-2010 04:30 AM

Till we meet again, OF! Give your lady a hug from us!

Fangtasia 10-14-2010 12:06 PM

Lord Snow 10-14-2010 01:08 PM

But Fang....It's only Thursday.

Neige 10-14-2010 09:08 PM

I'm gonna buy a guitar tomorrow. I've never played in my life and know nothing about guitars. I'm gonna have to learn. :D
